  • Providing incorrect personalization details, including names or numbers.

  • Providing incorrect delivery or contact information.

  • Refusing or failing to collect/receive an order without a valid product-related issue.

  • Minor differences in color, positioning, or appearance that may occur between product photos and the physical item.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their size, product selection, personalization details, and order information before confirming their purchase.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe we made a mistake with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

To review your claim, we may request:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Photos of the product, packaging, and relevant labels.

Claims are subject to verification. Refunds or replacements will only be approved when we confirm that the issue resulted from an error on our side.

Personalized Products

Products customized with a name, number, or other personalization are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the customization or product received is different from what was confirmed in your order due to an error on our side.
